They didn’t do that bad really, it just wasn’t reflected in the results. A new further right party showed up and split the right wing vote, which is largely why Labour won. If you look at the total votes the righter win parties did pretty well (Tories are really all that right wing but they did get the right wing vote).
Nobody voted for Corbyn, that’s why he isn’t the leader of the Labour Party anymore.
Honestly, off the top of my head I often like the people who come to England but as far as the country itself I don’t really think about it much. First thoughts are that it’s a massive country that’s heavily polluted and kinda obsessed with making money without much care for how they do it, such as how much of the world is making sacrifices to stop buying gas from Russia but India’s just undermining their good intentions for profit. I think if Pakistan invaded they’d expect the whole world to rally around them.

I’ve got a Switch and I do love it as a machine but those first party titles are so expensive. I’m the kind of person who will never buy games at launch and always wait for them to be reduced. I got it for Christmas and when I went to look at Zelda BotW it’s still £60, and so is Mario Odyssey.
Including Tux, they look like they’re from the 90s (probably because they are). I’m glad we don’t see much of the branding mascots anymore, even Tux isn’t really heard of now.

Thanks, I appreciate the reply and I read all of it. I do understand that nVidia are a bunch of fuckers and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future but I simply needed CUDA at the time of buying. I took another look at my mobo and it only has one full sized PCI slot and it’s obviously got my nVidia card in it right now. Buying a new GPU plus mobo is simply too much when I can just dual-boot into Windows for now. I was planning on keeping Windows around for the sake of random bits of software I need and so my wife can occasionally use my computer (she won’t want to learn Linux). I’m not a serious gamer or anything, I’ll just have to live with it.
