I’ll stay here, the decentralized concept makes so much more sense for this kind of application
👍🏻 found out two days ago and it’s only getting livelier here.
The concept of a decentralized link aggregator fits much more than the centralized Reddit system which brought everything to a fall
First time heard of the fediverse, even though I knew about mastodon. Lemmy made it Click for me. Overall the decentralized approach clicked and it just makes so much more sense than the current solutions
I think it will be quite different afterwards, especially for those subs that permanently go black. If Lemmy can provide a alternative community for those subs and enough content is provided the people might stay there
That’s a good idea! but which instances would be appropriate?
Great work! Looking forward to browse my own/all communities (and maybe instances?)
When I’m clicking on Messages it only shows my account name and some number. Is this still in development?
Edit: I’m also not able to edit my comment inside the app
This app has really a Apollo feeling :)
I feel a bit heartbroken but at the same time I really love the concept of lemmy.
I’m just a little afraid that lemmy is just a short-lived alternative and the people go back because not everything is working perfect right now.
Finally I can view all my saved posts inside the app 👍🏻
Thank you so much for the great update
