My semi-rural county has a separate transit system for this population. You call on scheduled days to go to the grocery, pharmacy, medical center, etc. On pharmacy day they then pick up everyone who scheduled, at their house like a school bus, and go the pharmacy for however long it takes to let everyone do their business before returning them home.
You should see all the hoops a PTA has to jump through to avoid having a 50/50 drawing classed as an illegal lottery in Pa. It’s ridiculous that it took as long as it did for someone to file suit.
Or has lawyers that understand it perfectly and successfully delayed any injunctions until after it matters.
So now they can go into court on Monday and by the end of the day there will be an order that he has to stop his election lottery for an election that happens less than a day later.

I’m not saying local landlords will necesarily be good landlords, I just want them within the jurisdiction they rent in. I want the people they know irl to know they’re assholes and slumlords. I want the people who live in their rentals to take all that shit to the same local government they have to deal with for anything they want to do apart from runing rentals.
I care less about the number of units the landord has(within reason) than where they live. If a guy wants to rent a dozen units a few blocks from his own house, fine. But some asshole 5 states away renting a house he’s never going to lay eyes on? Fuck off.

Without getting into the weeds of arbitration—if you want to sue Valve for some reason, you now have to file in King county, Washington. This makes it too expensive to be worth it for any amount less than the cost of flying to and staying in Seattle for a lawsuit. Even if you’re right and Valve is wrong.

Well, if you have a suspicion, start with confirming it. Simplest test, does the card get hot? Is the fan spinning up? If you install a gpu monitor does it show a spike? Does your CPU even have integrated graphics?
I expect they will not be worth it as they’re too underpowered for your specific use case. (I’m assuming your use case is hosting complex physical similations for a major university physics department and the old computer you’re considering on Amazon is a used version of this one or something similar.)
