I love the Fallout universe and crafting in games, so with the amazing mod community I’ve wasted (?) nearly 6,000 hours on Fallout 4.
I know it’s arguably the weakest of Fallout 1-4 and New Vegas, but it became a refuge for me to escape from the real world into.
I was confused at first how anyone thought that Madison Square Garden was dangerous, could it be all that ice-hockey they play there. Then I read the other comments and now I realize it’s the basketball.
The worst movie I ever saw in a cinema was a Milla Jovovic flick called Ultraviolet.
How bad was it, you ask. Well, I would have left the cinema but my girlfriend was sleeping soundly and I didn’t want to disturb her. Honestly, people were just looking at each other after the movie was over, openly laughing and talking to strangers about how bad it was. You could say it was so bad that it brought people together over how awful it was, so that’s nice.

I’m here as a father of a soon-to-be teenage trans girl. Even though no one in our family every questioned the reality of this journey, I feel the need to educate myself and learn from the stories that people kindly share in places like this.
I can also add that if anyone needs a kind word from a dad, I’m here for you.
Others have covered a lot, but one thing that have helped me through rough patches is to find something to do. If possible to occupy both body and mind, like exercise, yard work, hiking. Something positive with meaning in and of itself. Time is a friend of broken hearts, and making it pass quicker could just help.
I hope you find a way out and through, we all usually do as the survivors we are.
