If I can’t buy it, I will pirate it with zero moral issues.
I own over 1000 DVDs and a couple hundred BluRays, but will pirate anything that gets removed from streaming or isn’t available in my region for some shitty licensing reasons.

Yea, I think there was one from MSI too and a dozen other manufacturers on Amazon, eBay and AliExpress.
Someone did the math at /r/Plex and an N100 based Intel mini pc was the most efficient.
It has hardware transcoding support and uses under 10W of power
EDIT: found the link: https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/1ae6683/intel_n100_vs_ryzen_7_1700_1st_gen_an_interesting/
GTA5 and RDR2 are boring as shit.
All souls like games are just too much work, as are most metroidvanias. I just don’t have the energy or the time to spend on them.
Depends on your definition of viable
For me it’s not an option because most bank software detect jailbreaks and refuse to work. Not worth the hassle
Please list here all competitors to the MacBook Air in the same price point:
Battery life must be equal or better, no extra points will be given for massive CPU/GPU power. I’ll wait.
80yo grandma with a ultrafast 5G data plan bigger than mine. And her daily phone is a Doro that doesn’t even do text messages.
And “WiFi” is synonymous for “Interenet connection” to them.
Yea, kiddo, the WiFi is working just fine, but the ISP crapped its pants and you can’t connect to anything past this house.
Game consoles have no applications beyond games and they are expensive. People still buy them.
Would a big battery attached to the back of the headset be more free?
Attaching the same battery to your belt is only an issue if you’re playing nude. Even then you can wear it like a crossbody bag in a pinch =)
Cheap like the $2k Samsung Galaxy Fold?
Please show me a honest ad. I’ll wait.
Maybe it’s the Samsung moon shot that’ll fill a complete perfectly in focus moon even if you take a picture of a blurry picture of the moon?
Or the Nokia “actually shot with phone” ads that were shot with professional cameras.
“Best cross-platform support” wasn’t in my bingo cards 10 years ago for Apple definitely =)
Not enough coffee, edited =)
Works fine for me on the starter tier, it used to behind the early access tier (Ultimate?)
settings -> billing
Exactly. If you’re not paying, you’re most likely the product being sold.
People always keep forgetting that Google (or Alphabet) is an ad company, that does tech stuff with its 20% time. Everything they do is geared towards delivering more ads more efficiently.
This is why I’ve paid for email for years to Fastmail referral link
Similarly I started paying Kagi for searches, mostly because their results are better than DDG, which I used for years.
And, like the people I know from infosec, my phone is from Apple. They’re the only company who makes you pay through the nose for the hardware and because of that specifically do everything they can not to know anything about you. (One of the reasons why Siri sucks so bad btw)
The summariser works on Youtube videos too btw…
You can just do !sum
and get a summary of what they’re saying in seconds. Changed my life.
I’m at 243 searches now and it resets in 8 days. Seems to be enough for me.
I do use bangs quite a bit, so if I need to find a movie I go !imdb the matrix
and if I’m looking for a book I can go !gr rando splicer
which saves on search credits.
And the images are tied to an Apple ID.
So somehow the fully factory reset iPad accidentally logged in to the old Apple ID and merged deleted photos to the new Apple ID
