The unsealed court order wasn’t just fishing for a list of vague identifiers that could be winnowed down to a list of suspects and a follow-up warrant demanding actual identifying information on these ~30,000 YouTube users. No, it appears the feds led with the big ask, demanding names, addresses, phone numbers, and user activity for every viewer of these videos between January 1-8, 2023. AND(!!) it asked Google to provide IP addresses for all viewers who were not logged into (or did not possess) Google accounts.
That’s fucked
I’ve enjoyed No Man’s Sky since day 1. I didn’t really follow the game or any of the major hype behind it, I just saw a cool space game on ps4 and played the hell out of it. Fell in love with the music, the setting, and just walking around weird landscapes, flying to different atlas stations, and just enjoying being alone.
I still play it, and am so happy HG continues to give the game constant love and attention, but there are days I turn networking off on my ps4 and play the 1.0 version again, just to go back to that part of my life for a little bit.
So they’re saying that since Suyu forked Yuzu, it also contains some cryptographic keys from the Switch, which is the docs violation? Didn’t something similar happen to the dolphin devs?
If this ever goes to court I doubt Reddit wants to open this can of worms, as well as every other social media company lol

Taking a cursory look I feel like posts still aren’t being engaged with like they used to. I remember seeing posts with 100,000 upvotes very regularly on the front page, but you really don’t see that anymore. Yeah maybe they tweaked their calculations but why make your site look like it’s not as engaging as before right before a major IPO offer?
I look forward to celebrating the death of “AAA” games and the rise of independent studios.
If you can’t beat 'em join 'em
It is so interesting seeing the graphic design pendulum swing between skeuomorphic design and flat design every couple of years. I love the 3D feel of their library and am seeing it pop up a lot more in web design.
Linux users having strong opinions? I’m shocked I tell you, SHOCKED!
Intel Arc is there for you: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/discrete-gpus/arc.html
Nintendo should sue Microsoft for providing an operating system that people use to pirate digital goods. Maybe IBM too for creating the mouse to lower the barrier to piracy?
I must be living under a rock because this is the first I’ve heard of USB 4. Is it just a speed bump or does it affect the type of data that can be transferred? In my experience I’ve had issues using a usb 2.0 flash drive to use a live image of a Linux iso in a 3.1 port
Probably used something like CodeIMG: https://codeimg.io/
Welll y’know what they say, the enemy of my enemy is my friend and all that
Plus the DRM on blu-rays is just asinine. It’s getting harder and harder to actually own digital wares
