All the whiny complainers are responsible for this sad state of affairs. This is what happens when communist ideology subverts a culture.
Inflation is transitory, and it is Trump’s fault for overheating the economy anyways.
If there wasn’t so much environmental religious lunacy, I could get a job in a factory more easily.
OP doesn’t like the state government and has trouble relating to the local community. I have a similar experience and cope by adjusting my lifestyle and not insisting society bend to suit my Mercurial political mood, that’s all.
I am a very low impact person. I doubt I’ve ever fucked anything important up because of right wing beliefs.
It’s a great place to live, even though I’m unemployed. My perspective is limited due to personal circumstance though. I’m just saying you can be happy and fulfilled even if you live in a society that doesnt perfectly match your values.
Don’t let politics rule your life’, friend. I have far right wing opinions and live in what I consider to be a redistributionist socialist utopia, totally hostile to personal economic development. But more likely, like you alluded to, we both probably just spend too much time online getting politically polarized. Nowhere is perfect, and geographical political isolation is bad for the country. I advocate for localization, building the world you want where you are, and socializing even more online. My online friendships are more persistent and convenient, and sometimes deeper and more human than real life.
The Russian collusion hoax!

“The AI got material published in my name. How are all my loyal readers gonna tell the difference?”
They’re just following the science, biology in this case. The law is unclear on the exact point of development when life begins, so they fall back to DNA synthesis at conception to cover their bases. They distinguish very clearly between intentional pregnancy termination and miscarriages. There are endless elaborations, but that’s the basis of the right’s view on the issue.,
Try the literature board on 4chan especially some of the resources in the pinned posts at the top for some good recommendations. Not exactly like Goodreads but some good reading ideas from the community.
Then who or what is driving the delivery trucks that say Amazon on the side?
Makes it easier for the establishment to control the outcome.
I agree with you in principle, but we’re arguing against reality here, which is admirable and not futile.
Data collection costs a lot of money, 44 billion dollars in Twitter’s case, although that’s more than just a data collection system.
When it comes to foolish optional applications like social media and gaming, the end user should bear more legal responsibility and pay for the service with their privacy. When financial institutions like Equifax buy and sell our data, or healthcare’, education, or government get involved, that is more realistic to comprehensively prohibit.
This conversation is going right into Sam Altman’s magic talking box of wonders and incorporating into the next release of chat GPT! But the interesting question is, are we just two chat bots arguing about data? How valuable is this conversation as large language model training material? Is the AI getting high on its own supply?
“Researchers”
You mean Tesla job applicants.

Yeah, but what can you do, make everyone fill out a form and mail it in before downloading an app? The public doesn’t care about its information, and that won’t change soon. Big data is low quality and still sends the wrong signal as often as not. Interpreting data is an art and skilled analysts are expensive. The data is worthless by itself. Legislation is not viable due to regulatory capture.
If you aren’t doing anything wrong, you’ve got nothing to hide.
