You’re welcome :)
Arch is great. I absolutely love it and the AUR. The only problem is, that it seems to produce a shit load of Errors for me.
How the fuck do you have a decade old arch installation? I have to reinstall it about every half a year because something breaks and its to complicated to fix it so I just choose to reinstall everything. In the 18 Months or so that I used Arch I had to reinstall it about 4 times. I don’t even install that much stuff and I also don’t go absolutely wild with configuration, but Theres A lot of stuff breaking in my system.
I also got used to just ignoring problems because I’m to lazy to reinstall everything or spend hours upon hours fixing my system.

This is the curse of a small userbase. Lemmy doesn’t has a very big userbase and those are primarily the Foss loving Linux leftists, because they decided to actually invest time in this small communities. The normies are at other mainstream social media platforms like Reddit or Instagram.
If you want to create a community you need to use the web Interface of your instance. In the top bar is a button called “create community”. Creating it from Jerboa directly is not possible.

We collectively hate windows.

I will check them out. Thanks.
You can go to your local farmer. They usually don’t bother selling you some milk. Bring your own bottle for them to fill it up. Also, its usually much cheaper than everything you can buy elsewhere. If you want to be sure you don’t get sick you can cook the milk(but this causes a loss in taste), but you can also drink it without cooling it. You might get sick the first (few) times, but you will get used to it and won’t get sick from drinking raw milk.
The best is to drink tap water(assuming you live in a region where its safe to drink).
Can you suggest some good alternatives for github?
You have to create an account on another instance.
I can only recommend squirrel stapler. It is a small(about 1h long) funny Indie game, where you hunt squirrels and staple them to your dead wife. It even has a story.
Also: never give your government the authority over something you wouldn’t give the worst possible government.
He even tried it a second time
I prefer grey knights over Ultramarines.
