My guess would be your language settings aren’t setup correctly. You need to have any languages you speak selected and “Undetermined”
You won’t see any posts tagged with languages you haven’t enabled, and if you don’t enable “Undetermined” you won’t see posts in which people haven’t set a language tag
what’s stopping you from making one
The fact that it’s discord…
Interestingly, my T levels went up post bottom surgery. I had blasted it so low it was undetectable on HRT, but post op, without blockers, I reached the low end of the cis female range (which is healthier than where I was
I’m about 6 years post bottom surgery, and it’s been good and bad.
I had issues with scarring for the first 12 months that made for a really difficult time dilating, and also meant that I wasn’t able to have sexual interactions the way I was hoping to have them. I battled with that for a while, then covid came along, my mental health took a dive, and I stopped dilating.
Now, I’m effectively “zero depth”.
And that all sounds bad right? But it’s not. My dysphoria is gone. Clothes fit me the way they’re meant to. I feel comfortable naked. I am comfortable in my skin in a way I couldn’t be before bottom surgery. And sure, I can’t have sex the way I want, but that was already true before I had bottom surgery, so even though I didn’t get everything I hoped for, I am still way better off than I was before my bottom surgery.
Can you orgasm?
Yep!
Any unique hygiene issues?
Not really. Nothing comes to mind
What are some non-obvious post-surgery things that only become apparent when everything settles back into a routine?
Farts that roll up the front are a whole different experience :P
But more seriously, I don’t really remember what “before” was like anymore. It’s just normal life these days.
How big is the image? Image uploads are working for me on this end
Not much. Most of my listening is done via “random” streams or the radio at work.
Offline hours? Is that something that happens often enough to need a work around?
The Sixth Sense. I didn’t predict the twist because I didn’t know it had a twist, so when it dropped, it absolutely delivered.
Same with Memento, but less so, because I was actively trying to work out what was happening. The twist caught me by surprise, but I knew some sort of reveal was coming
33 minute old account, and this is your first post?
So to clarify, at the time you made your post here, the drama was that I briefly thought a faked screenshot was real?
Ok, now I recognise the scenario you are talking about, I’ll respond with specifics.
These are the messages I sent you, when you reached out to me asking to set up a community on blahaj.zone
Despite these messages, after you created the community, the second post you made to the it was a meme targeting hexbear.
tl;dr, The conditions were clear. You agreed to them. You then ignored them. The only drama here is of your making
You were acting in bad faith when you reached out, and you’re acting in bad faith now
So you “ironically” posted a transphobic meme, in response to nothing in particular, and the drama is that it was moderated?
I’ll stand by my original comment. If you take issue with that, then blahaj.zone was never the space for you. I would do it again
As near as I can tell, Ada defended Obvious_Troll because they were from Hexbear, and Ada seems to think every Hexbear user is trans
There are no hexbear based accounts on blahaj.zone and have not been for a long time.
I once posted a meme to a Blahaj community I moderated in which someone named Obvious_Troll@hexbear.net
Hexbear was defederated from Blahaj Zone long before you were active here, so your recollection is flawed.
If you’re talking about the person I think, then that account is from aussie.zone, where they still have an active account, which would be unlikely if it was simply a troll account.
If it is the person I think, then they were accused of being a troll because they used pronouns that many people found challenging.
I’m not going to gatekeep pronouns. If someone trolls, I’ll respect their pronouns even as I ban then
If you’ve got an issue with that, blahaj.zone was never the right space for you. If that’s “fedidrama” for you, then blahaj.zone was never the right space for you.
We’re a stongly social species
As long as it’s marked as a bot, is following the instance rules and not creating server/bandwidth resourcing issues for us, go for it!
It’s necessary because we had a transphobic troll target us for a while, who would create throw away accounts, join the channel and post all sorts of horrible shit where everyone could see it.
So we needed a system that means that accounts like that aren’t exposed to our main community spaces until we’re reasonably confident that they’re legit.
It’s the same reason we use an application on this lemmy instance.

Though I’m currently testing out Quiblr, to see how its custom feed works for me.
