I want my computer to run an open-source BIOS/UEFI but the set of systems supported by projects like Libreboot is unfortunately rather limited.

I worked out that I can better/ more quickly preheat my portafilter using the water from the kettle for the wife’s instant coffee.
It varies. Some of them use Bluetooth Low Energy, some of them use other wireless techniques for lower power and greater range.
