In a town where I used to live there was a row of businesses that went CasketMart > Mortuary & Crematorium > Sausage Shop. Never went to any of them.

Thank you, this is really helpful!
Thank you, I’ll look into options.
When you say email aliases, what do you mean? A lot of services strip plusses from emails now, right?
Palestine gets new rights from this but it also triggers a vote in the security council on whether Palestine will actually become a full member. The US will veto and has already signaled as much.

This CNN article has a lot more information and context including who voted against the measure (nine countries including the US and Israel), the practical effects of the measure (new rights for Palestine to sponsor and support resolutions but still no vote), and what can be expected in the near future (a vote in the UN security council on whether to actually admit Palestine which might pass but which the US will veto).
I don’t really disagree, but I think that was the original intent of the meme; to show Crowder as a complete chode by having him assert really stupid, deeply unpopular ideas.
The meme’s use has become too soft on Crowder lately, though, I think.
I’d rather just buy loose leaf and use a washable strainer. It’s generally less expensive and higher quality too.
Loose leaf is excessively packaged? Normally when I buy loose leaf I just get a tin that’s full of tea and nothing else.

Okay, according wikipedia I’m considered to be an early Millennial. Even I know that this sounds like it was written by a Boomer. The kind of Boomer who owns a phone but turns it off after they’re done with their scheduled phone call because they don’t want to drain the battery.
So, just an FYI, I bought Eufy cameras because I believed their marketing bullshit about being secure and end-to-end encrypted. About two months later they changed how they describe their security and quietly modified their privacy policy. Turns out they’re not really end-to-end encrypted and it is possible to gain access to the streams sometimes.
My recommendation, after doing my research is not to buy anything that is able to be viewed remotely. Buy something that stores the video locally, in your home. If possible, buy and install wired cameras.
I don’t think squatting laws apply if you’re actively living there.
Okay, so here’s some more easily interpreted numbers. In addition to having the largest change in traffic share relative to its previous share, Linux actually had the largest change in actual traffic share. It was just BARELY above Mac OS. If more significant digits were allowed here, Linux rose 0.0085 while Mac OS rose 0.0082.
OS | 2023 Share | 2022 Share | Share Change |
---|---|---|---|
Windows | 0.632 | 0.647 | -0.015 |
Mac OS | 0.292 | 0.284 | 0.008 |
Linux | 0.036 | 0.027 | 0.009 |
Chrome Book | 0.029 | 0.026 | 0.003 |
Other | 0.011 | Unknown* | 0.005* |
2022 percentages computed as:
share_2022 = share_2023 / ( 1 + relative_percent_change )
and percent change computed as:
absolute_percent_change = share_2023 - share_2022
* The relative percent change for “other” is not reported in the graphic. There is a remainder of 0.005 in the Share Change which is, presumably, attributable to change in the “other” category.
I just found last year’s results. It looks like my math bears out, though it appears that they rounded differently.
Notably, last year’s changes were very different.
OS | 2022 Share | 2021 Share | Share Change |
---|---|---|---|
Windows | 0.647 | 0.646 | 0.001 |
Mac OS | 0.284 | 0.273 | 0.011 |
Linux | 0.028 | 0.028 | 0.000** |
Chrome Book | 0.025 | 0.025 | 0.000** |
Other | 0.011 | Unknown*** | 0.015*** |
** Linux and Chrome Book’s absolute change was less than 0.0005.
*** As with 2023, the percentage change for “other” is not reported in the graphic. There is a remainder of 0.012 in the Share Change which is, presumably, attributable to change in the “other” category. This seems large, though, given that the total traffic share for “other” is only 0.016. That would imply a change from 0.001 to 0.012. Looking at the 2021 numbers this doesn’t appear to be correct.
The Republican party cares about us and our families. They’re protecting us from this obvious overreach. We, as Chinese hackers, have a right to remain anonymous and undetected. We have a right to use the information that we find and it only harms us when consumers are notified that we have their information. Stand up for your rights! Pay off a Republican today!
You are just going to die on this hill, aren’t you? Even Linus recognized that his attitude was toxic, eventually, and that it was having a negative impact on the kernel development community. Yes, people left. Talented people decided it wasn’t worth the abuse.
What is this for? I think it says NorthWestern Energy but am not sure. If that’s right, maybe it is under a dam’s spillway and they use eight short blasts to announce a release of water?
How about we steer toward better data privacy in general? Cars are collecting way too much data about us? So is everything else! We need sweeping legislation to claw back our privacy. We need a constitutional amendment guaranteeing a right to privacy.
