How bizarre. I mean, you’re trying to pay them money.
Holy crap. I don’t, but after seeing that I think I’ll need to start
Terminator, you’re needed…
Google has sucked for a while. I see little difference between it, Bing, and Brave. In fact, I often get better results with Bing and Brave.
Take the severance, then get a job somewhere else near home. They’ve worked for Apple—the world is their oyster
Fair enough. I do think AI will become a valuable tool for doctors, etc who do make those decisions
I mostly agree. One thing they could have done to mitigate some of it is bar the user from creating a password that is one of the most commonly used 1 million passwords, or 10,000, etc to mitigate users using commonly used passwords that they might have used elsewhere.

HP isn’t what it used to be. I’ve got an HP color laser printer that has been cranking for more than ten years, while using third party toner. It’s sad seeing them like this now.
Musk can do whatever he wants, keeping Twitter (sorry, X, yuck) alive with billions that are peanuts to him. This news isn’t a surprise to me. He talked big about free speech, but it was just talk.

Despite the title, the article is about salespeople working for tech companies, not about software developers, etc
I’m so glad to see this. There have been several studies that show social media is terrible for the mental health of minors.
Freenom gives away domains, many of which are used by phishers and other bad actors. Meta is suing them for not being responsive to their complaints about this. And I guess the injury inflicted on their users by phishers.
I’ve used Google and Zoom at work at different t companies. It’s surprising how Google lags behind Zoom in features. Google is worse at identifying background as background. And Zoom has had video backgrounds for a while now.
