Rest your case forever… Please.
Fuck the tankies in here and praise UN and Sweden.
I dunno. I just saw the Summit dev talk about Summit so I tried it and really like it.
Well that sucks. I still prefer it over the other ones I tried. Plus the dev uses Lemmy so that’s always a plus.
Summit. Solid app.
Agreed. It also didn’t help that the Joostice League was terrible and Batfleck tried to be funny vs dark and serious like he was in the Snyder Cut. That one scene difference I always think of is when he’s in the crawler going up the wall to help Wonder Woman. Joostice League he says ‘i didn’t bring a sword’ in a dad-joke way and Snyder Cut he says, ‘my turn’ super serious and it just fits so damn well. I can watch the Snyder Cut over and over without getting bored. I literally can’t watch Joostice League more than once.
Oddly, I hated Batfleck in the Joostice League but loved him in the Snyder Cut. He was so much more badass in the Snyder Cut.
You can’t shame people that have no shame.
1 library and movies are all 4K if newer than 2010. Otherwise it’s 1080p just like TV series.
Great analogy
This is the way
The UK has like 200 nukes. Is that not enough to wipe out Russia? I thought it was.
Dedicated i5 desktop running unRAID, Plex and the Arr’s and I stream using my Chromecast with the Netflix button reprogrammed to launch Plex. No TV, No Streaming services and it’s pure joy.
So instead of paying for the rights to use it, they’re going to drop the feature?
God damn Apple are cheap fuckers.
They’ve converted a hotel here in Calgary to condos and a work friend owns one.
It’s not classified as affordable housing but the conversion is possible and should be done en masse.
With all the CCP misinformation about them making 5nn chips, this could be another bullshit tech coming from the CCP.
Yup, good point. You don’t have to buy a new desktop with the latest Intel CPU with massive storage. You can start small and upgrade as needed. I know I wanted this solution so I invested to make sure I had something I can use for a long time. I got a desktop with a 12th gen i5 so it can do transcoding though it’s not needed.
I setup a Plex server with all the Arr’s and it took me maybe 1 hour and about $1500 in hardware such as a desktop PC and 4 x 10TB drives. Then I had to pay for a News Servers service ($100 for 15 months) and I opted to purchase a domain for like $7/year. Quite the upfront cost but easy to setup and maintain and I can watch anything I want with the best possible experience possible. If my internet goes down? I can still watch everything. When my News Servers subscription runs out, I still keep everything I have and can watch it as many times as I want. It’s so simple to use, my wife who LOVES TV now prefers ‘on demand’.
All thanks to the greedy fuckers running literally every streaming service.
Read my mind. :D
