What pisses me off is that I signed up for a year last summer. This change should not have happened for people who already paid for Prime.
With shipping getting worse, yeah … I’m cancelling that.
Guess Bezos doesn’t have enough money.

Very well could be. I didn’t research their backgrounds. I just know from first hand experience of people who get jobs who graduated with business degrees who don’t care about the stuff they sell.
You can tell from the pictures that they all play video games. /s
I really hate how people in charge of companies usually don’t give a crap about the product, just how to exploit it.
Could be right… though it went from me wanting to get this around launch day to… let’s hope it’s on GamePass. My backlog of games also helps me to wait on this one.
Companies likely lose money with more workers in the office. More electricity, more water, more supplies. More unhappy employees, more tired employees, more good employees looking elsewhere for WFH jobs.
Then again, it might NOT be the space photo of the decade.
Guess they are trying to get every sale possible as this likely won’t do well. A shame really. Really enjoyed the Arkham series.
I’m guessing it’ll be in the 40s range on Metacritic once all said and done.
But maw-maw will miss the latest episode of NCIS: Des Moines.
Wait… but I always drink plenty of… (checks label) …Malk?
I said “average consumer.” Not people who use the fediverse. I own Apple products. I also own Windows. My comment still stands despite offending other Apple users.
Buying Apple products is like buying permanent training wheels for bicycles. There are safeguards in place. The average consumer needs those safeguards. They are gullible, ignorant of technology, and they don’t want to learn.
That said, Apple does do it right, at the cost of high prices and less control. Apple dumbs down their products for their consumers, and it works.
People who haven’t come in to the office yet do it for a reason. They like it. They are happier. Happier employees are better employees.
They get more sleep so they are more alert or have more time for hobbies and recreation. They don’t have to spend as much on gas or childcare. They don’t use the office’s electricity, water, facilities, coffee/snacks.
Make it a choice. For the betterment of humanity and the planet.
When someone makes videos like this, you don’t get the best people to come work for your company, you get the most desperate.
But then again, maybe that’s what they want. Idiots.

There’s only been Lightyear, which I haven’t finished, and Elemental for Pixar movies since Turning Red… so not that many.
Elemental was actually a lot better than I thought it would be. From the trailers, it looked like it was something I’ve seen before… but it had that Pixar heart and charm. I recommend it.
Turning Red wasn’t one of my favorites, but it’s coming to theaters in early February if you want to see it on the big screen. Soul (which was fantastic) is out now in theaters and Luca is releasing near the end of March.
Trailer looked interesting to me. Last performance of Kevin Conroy as Batman too, if I’m not mistaken. The Arkham series are part of my favorite games. Was hoping this would’ve been a decent continuation of that.
The amount of work and passion Rockstar brings into their single player experiences is by far worth the money. Bethesda needs to take a lesson from them.
Yes, they milk the multiplayer online experience for as much as they can get, but they are still working on new games in the meantime.
Remake Kaboom! you cowards!
EDIT: …and give us paddle controllers while you’re at it!
Underrated movie.
Cybertruck would be the time machine in a Back to the Future shitty remake if they would make one.
Fun game. Not terribly difficult, but relaxing. Got 100% achievements on it last year.
