I think it all remains to be seen, Apple was very specific in their wording about privacy, probably BECAUSE they saw what happened to Microsoft. We didn’t see any live demos and I am still a bit skeptical that it will work that well.
A key difference in how Apple is doing it though, is that it only exposes necessary data as context to an LLM request. Whereas Microsoft was capturing and training on everything.
I don’t have an iPhone 14 so luckily I can’t test this day one, I will wait for reviews and security researchers to look it over.
I fall to the floor and possibly hit my head on a table on the way down.
Yea, this is definitely going to be the way I use Lemmy in desktop going forward. I actually liked the Reddit redesign so this feels nice to me.
lol
He’s banking on the name “Twitter” still meaning something and there being no viable alternatives. Threads has really shown that twitter isn’t as ubiquitous as we all assumed.
Thanks for letting me know. I usually run at 110. I’ll see if I can fix it.
Only if a search result organically takes me to something that happens to be on Reddit.
I do notice that a lot of the subs I find this way are now locked to 18+ (the SwiftUI sub) which means I have to login to view. Since I deleted my account that’s a no go.
That was expected, we apologize 🙏 it was related to some other session improvements. You shouldn’t get logged out all the time anymore if that is any consolation.
Yea it’s killing us but we had to call 1.0 at some point, we capped out our TestFlight. We are aiming 1.1 HOPEFULLY before the end of the month.
we’ve been tossing some ideas around for 1.2 you will probably love then 🤐
Check out https://mlem.group we have the link up there.
Can you please submit feedback on https://github.com/mlemgroup/mlem/issues and we will look into it.
Not yet, but it is planned.
We aren’t in competition with Memmy. The Developer actually joined our matrix server and gave us a heads up on some AppStore review stuff. If you prefer Memmy, by all means stick with it. We still ❤️ you.
Opened 200 more slots, get them while you can.

Test reply.
in-app font size is on our radar. Thanks for the feedback on the mini, we will try to see if it needs extra attention.
In the meantime the per-app accessibility settings should work well (I use them daily)
It wasn’t incredibly detailed. I guess we wait for benchmarks
