Nintendo just offers straight ports of old titles with minimal improvements. You’re talking about some level of recoding to change how the inputs are read. This was before dual stick was popularized. The N64 controller wouldn’t help with the issue really.

It prob takes at least 6 months for the money to be available, a bunch of time to figure out land permissions and contracts, time to negotiate with suppliers. 2 years means first stations prob starting to roll out about now.

How many landlords actually do it as a job? And how many just collect the checks and hire bottom of the barrel contractors for anything that involves work? In my experience it’s been the latter.
Make sure to set out the financial implications of different states. E.g., the California unis might be good - but you’re also dealing with out of state tuition.
And also look at the pipeline - I was interested in biology, but all of the people in the program were hyper competitive pre-medical students. And who wants to deal with that?
