The barriers are your skills and language. Other than that, no.

Pretty much all of Europe lists wood in exact size of the cut that you get. It sounds highly illegal to call it a 5x5cm piece of wood and sell some other random smaller size.
That’s pretty much the idea behind the scrum events, they should reduce the need for other meetings. As a note the weekly stand-up and 1:1 that show up in the picture are not scrum events.
Thing is, the scrum guide is pretty clear that if you don’t follow the whole thing, you shouldn’t call it scrum and you’re on your own. It can still work, but only if the mindset is right and people involved know what they are trying to do with it. Which most times is not the case.
Most people in corporate have no fucking idea what they are doing and a good setup will have these meetings focus everyone on the same thing and making sure they are progressing. This setup may not be useful for coding untestable and undocumented code in your basement, but it’s very useful in big companies. Unfortunately there are also many twats that abuse this in order to make themselves look useful so it’s very easy to end up in a broken system if no one is keeping an eye out for this.
The cap doesn’t stay where you put it, usually is still a bit wet from the liquid and that drips on your face when you take a sip. If you have facial hair, you have to navigate your way around the cap as well.
I’m not against the idea in principle, but the implementations have ranged from mildly irritating to unusable for me.
This is on me for sure that I’ve never seen anyone be faster using a CLI compared to a GUI especially for basic operations which is what most of us do 95% of the time. I know there are specific cases where a command just does it better/easier but for me that’s not the case for everyday stuff.
I know I’m going to get down voted for this but this would be almost impossible to fuck up with a gui. Yet people insist that writing commands manually is superior. I’m sorry for your loss.
Support for HDR, variable refresh rate, direct draw and battery improvements sound like a very good list to have, other than the overall leaner build. You personally not caring about it doesn’t change the fact that it’s good to not stagnate when it comes to things like this.
I’m from eastern Europe. Portuguese definitely has a slavic sound to it.
They went straight to ounces. I don’t think it would have mattered for them.
Genuine question, how would mass vs volume change the answer?
that most real, non childish adults don’t care for?
You are simply making things up. The reboot sold incredibly well, about 5 times more than the originals in fact, and received universal acclaim. People have grown up with the character and were happy to see that evolution. The original creator and you have become out of touch with the reality of this franchise.
Your expectation for things to never evolve and grow says more about you than you seem to want to face. But the same as you think that there are plenty of games that fill the void of deep narrative action games, I can say there are plenty of basic hack and slash games to go around, just go enjoy another one.
David Jaffe is unhappy that his generic revenge puddle of spit character has actually grown in depth and is truly interesting now.
Let’s imagine we have massive departments for each one of those, like 300 people average for each of your example areas. For me it’s insane just thinking about it considering what the product actually is. I’m still left with 7200 people unaccounted for.
Something that I don’t quite understand about Spotify is why they had the amount of employees that they did in the first place. What were 9000 people doing for work on a music playing and recommendation website. I know they used to be highly innovative and disruptive a long time ago, but has that been the case in recent years? How were 9k people contributing to this already established web music app?
Sorry I meant steam link is launched on quest. So you can connect wireless with the quest headsets. At least on Windows, not sure how well that works on Linux.
Now that steam link is launched and working well, it should be a good option?
Depends if the weather is decent or not, but grilling stuff and spending time with family in nature is common where I’m from.
It’s a public holiday and everyone spends it in their own way. People go to picnics, visit family or just chill at home. There’s parades as well in most bigger cities.
If you had a job that could sustain you and you get a new job within EU that can also sustain you, it’s about as expensive as you would expect a long distance move to be. There’s no system in place as far as I know to block you from getting permanent residency in another EU country because you don’t have starting money. That’s just your inherent responsability to figure out like with any move.
