Fair honestly, I’m more or less in the same boat 😅
Hello, my name is Cris. :)
Fair honestly, I’m more or less in the same boat 😅
That is a pretty excellent image
Dude thats dope!
Thats dope! I’ll be looking forward to it, thanks for sharing your knowledge of what’s going on ☺️
Do you know if there’s a new interface coming for android as well?
Thanks for sharing, thats exciting!
What show/movie is this from?
Someone forked the project (made a copy and started making updates and improvements to the copy independent of the original developer) and I installed it directly from the forked github repo, where it was getting updates. But they didn’t rename it until they published it on f-droid, so the app still showed up as openboard on my phone, just a newer version than the one available on f-droid
I had the same problem using droid-ify until I uninstalled openboard for some reason. (Technically I uninstalled the fork that has since turned into helibord, but it was called open board also before they renamed it for f-droid release, so it still showed up as open board in droid-ify, just a newer version)
It did show up in the normal f-droid app for me though
I post stuff on lemmy via my mastodon account so I don’t have to deal with image hosting on my lemmy instance, so its not quite that simple. You’re not wrong, but they do interact
As in your girlfriend introducing you to guns?
And absolutely, first aid is essential. If you’re gonna play with things that can injure or kill things in the blink of an eye, you ought to learn how to handle that. I sometimes joke that the kink community puts so much emphasis on consent, negotiating kink interactions, aftercare, etc, because if you’re gonna choose to play with fire you ought to learn how to use a fire extinguisher.
I always appreciate people preaching the importance of gun safety and responsible gun ownership
No one thinks it’ll succeed? Obviously you and I exist in very different parts of the linux sphere, cause I’m pretty sure X11 is all but dead as a project and its kinda just a question of how long it takes for Wayland to be feature complete enough to reach a critical mass of adoption. And its kinda feeling like we’re currently on the cusp of being there with the major DEs moving towards discontinuing X11 support 😅
Glad I could provide additional context :)
Hope you have a good one!
Yum! Brands, Inc. (sometimes called simply Yum!), formerly Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., is an American multinational fast food corporation listed on the Fortune 1000. Yum! operates the brands KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and The Habit Burger Grill, except in China, where the brands are operated by a separate company, Yum China. Yum! previously also owned Long John Silver’s and A&W Restaurants. The company was created as a spin-off of PepsiCo in 1997.
I went and looked up the Wikipedia page out of curiosity when someone disagreed that they’re a Chinese conglomerate and thought I’d share for anyone else reading the thread.
Short answer: not a Chinese conglomerate.
I need to try kagi, in my usage I’ve found brave is best of the alternatives, and I’d put qwant after brave, though I might be biased by how nice qwant looks 😅
Someone else responded to me saying I wasn’t sure if matrix supports video calls:
“They do, group video calls are implementing Jitsi.”
Integration might make things even easier :)
Best of luck!
Brings back vivid memories of riding the subway and being crammed into a blender.
A reference I expect like no one to get 😅
