Should be locked from applications. Only fairies will pass!
Gonna say I hated my experience with some of the LibreOffice apps, especially Impress. PowerPoint (and for that matter, Onlyoffice) is far superior in terms of layout.
Yeah I also didn’t understand the take about Minecraft. It’s literally installed the same way as in Windows. Being a Java game, it doesn’t care at all, you can run it on whatever. And Java itself is installed just the same.
Imagine being the top star and never even getting a copy :'(
As any lover, I hope that day never comes :)
I wish you to find the love of your life, and never again experience the pain of breaking up!
No, this is Glagolitic script, an alternative to Cyrillic. Mostly used in old Slavic scriptures, was later replaced by Cyrillic and Latin.
Most Slavs themselves don’t know how to read this
Gonna take one more ride to my beloved girl this weekend
Second approach is better as it teaches you to fix and understand the system you’re working with
Of course, this is a more complicated and energy - demanding approach, though. But if you wanna stay on Linux, you better figure such stuff out, this will be invaluable in the long run.
I should also mention that Debian, despite the Bookworm introducing more user-friendly options, is not a newbie-centered distribution and fixing things in there tend to be more tedious for an inexperienced user.
The upside, however, is that once you’ve set it up, everything will just work. But first you might face some pain.
2,5" drives are usually slower, but still about 5400rpm, which is on par with many NAS-specific 3,5" drives.
Also, you show Barracudas here, and I’d warn against them in a NAS environment. If you pick among Seagates, Ironwolf series might be what you need; otherwise, WD Reds reign supreme, just check that the specific drive you’re looking for uses CMR, not SMR.
Essentially Arch Linux graph minus something.
To begin with, they operate with some very shady definitions of left and right.
Any political coordinates centered on American view of left and right are super skewed and already biased. If you consider Democrats to be “the left”, boy something is wrong with that.
And when this happens, what you think is “unbiased news” is really just two flavors of right-wing propaganda, one a bit more extreme than the other.
When capitalists are doing minor successions to be just a bit less evil, this is not “left”, and whatever is between that and fascist dictatorship is not the enlightened center.
TL;DR Ground News is one of the places that teach you the position between American Left and American Right is actually neutral and balanced. It is very much not.
1.It doesn’t die
2.The issue is blown super out of proportion
3.Arch is more than AUR. It’s a bleeding edge, very lightweight distro. And both characteristics go into Manjaro - granted, there’s a two week review period and some stuff installed on top. At the end, you get a super snappy, super nice system with a lot of value added on top of it.
-native Arch, probably
Immediately get to work with Manjaro✅
Fair enough; however, to me it’s only optimal when there are no alternatives.
But to each their own.
A local open-source one, preferably.
Can’t help but mention Yandex is 100% as evil as Google is.
Out of popular choices, DeepL is probably least evil. Reverso is often a nice pick, too, especially Reverso Context.
There are also things like LibreTranslate, though the quality is generally lower (but can absolutely come in handy for simpler requests)
Love the explainer to the meme.
Keep up the good work!
