    Can’t mourn reddit too much, so much good stuff is already here, and if one instance tries shady things, then you can just hop on over to another one.

      Been on kbin since the 11th and it feels like it’s getting bigger everyday. Probably true, but I believe that’s because of the federation part. I like it so far.

    Seeing the reddit logo just makes me repulsed. I never enjoyed being attached to reddit as I was, but it felt like a need rather than a want. Glad I’m gone

    I think its time a social media platform dies and gets replaced by a fediverse alternative. We need SocialMedia to be controlled by the people not a company wanting to make profit.

    It’s been fun rebuilding how I interact with the internet, taking a more active role instead of just relying on old habits. Reddit was super triggering to use after they killed mobile until I found Apollo so def time to move on, fuck spez, fuck corporate
