Media outlets have gone up with the first hands-on previews of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, which include the first direct-feed gameplay of the mecha action game sequel.
This gameplay looks faster than I thought, but it looks nice. I only find it a little strange, that most enemies seem to be one shots. At least the players seems able to take a few hits. Are you usually facing groups of enemies in AC? Then it would make sense for the individual enemy to be weaker.
Usually you face more weaker enemies but fighting other acs be they ravens in early games or lynx in later isn’t uncommon. I wouldn’t say they are usually one shot but they are basically cannon fodder, some weaker types of enemies are for sure 1 shot though. Weapons still hurt though lol, can’t just stand there getting hit.
