Waiting for the legendary Mastodon groups, the possible closure of Guppe could be a unique opportunity to introduce Friendica groups and Lemmy communities

    Totally. Lemmy communities are really useful outside of lemmy with just a microblogging interface.

    I’d imagine guppe would be relatively easy to duplicate with a quick modification of a lemmy instance.
