The article doesn’t mention it, are there any maps/predictions how large of an area could be impacted? This shit is getting worrying.

Also, I just looked up wind history for the last few weeks and it seems like the winds are mostly blowing towards Russia from this area. That kinda doubles the stupidity of the plan.
