Within an hour of playing 2.0, I walked out of a mission hub and every NPC on the street was the same person. It’s fun but it’s also still buggy.
Edit: if that’s not enough for you, cars still randomly explode, the UI will randomly disappear until the game is reloaded, and I had to use a hex editing tool to even make the crouch and dodge keys work after 2.0 came out.
