What games are you planning to buy or already bought?
Oof my whole wishlist is practically on sale 😅
Lucky you. Half my wishlist is games that aren’t even out yet.
I shouldn’t buy anything because I don’t have time for it as it is, but I really want to get stuff ugh, i’m even tempted by the discounted steam deck! And so many new releases in just a few months as well.
Anyway, Chrono Trigger is 50% off, maybe it’s time I finally give it a try. P5 is only 40% off so still a pass for me. Maybe finally get onto the DSP hype to tide me over until that factorio expansion finally gets finished. Maybe get a strategy game, I’ve been torn between Age of Darkness and Diplomacy is not an option. So many choices…
Chrono Trigger is a must-play. Stellar game. I don’t know how the PC port fares, though.
The port is alright. Although they did manage to completely screw up the touch controls, which is weird considering the PC version is a port of the mobile version
That shouldn’t affect most PC players though, but just in case someone thinks about playing it on a Surface like me.
I have Marvel’s Avengers in my cart. Debating on spending the $5. I played it a while back during the free weekend. There is a fun game in there but the cosmetics and other monetization practices put me off spending a larger amount of money on it. It looks like since they stopped development they released a lot of those pay-walled skins for free and patched quite a bit. Willing to give it another shot.
Keep in mind that they stopped development completely and IIRC, it will be delisted from stores by the end of the year. I imagine existing players can continue playing it but it might be limited in some ways and stop working at some point? But for $5 you’ll probably get your money’s worth by then.
There’s a whole bunch of smaller (indie) games in my cart right now. I’ll have to check each of them out a bit better and see if they’ll run on Linux and probably throw half of them out.
I am curious about Dredge though.
